Chaos descends on the city of Marlight after the death of their beloved leader. As a villain behind the scenes plots destruction of Marlight, Ayuen is determined to save it and restore the balance among the species, no matter the obstacles she faces.

Following the old myth, she unexpectedly acquires a companion whose goals align with hers, but foes from both their worlds try to thwart their journey. Ancient supernatural forces beyond their comprehension are interfering with their fates and yet, despite the turmoil around them, the two travellers form an unlikely bond.

But their time is running out. Will they reach the Grasping Isle and find the Dawn of Life in time to save Marlight and their loved ones? Or will the villain win this time?
